Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping addresses.

If a change to your shipping address is necessary, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, processing begins immediately, and there may be instances where the shipping label has already been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to reroute your package.

If an item is undelivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at support@skymtech.com to initiate the reshipment process. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
